Most of the borrowers believe the main factor that affects the Bank decision on granting a mortgage loan is the level of solvency of the client. However, the banks deny a loan for the borrower’s profession.

Here is a "blacklist" of the borrower’s profession:

  • Workers without skills. For example, porters, janitors, cleaners.
  • State institution employees.
  • Military. The negative bank attitude is associated with frequent travels, residence changes.
  • Professions associated with agriculture.
  • The individual entrepreneurs.
  • Private guards. Their work is connected with risk for life and health of a person.
  • Builders. The negative attitude of banks is associated with Piece-rate wages, fixed-term agreements.
  • Drivers. The negative attitude of banks is associated with the low income and incentive wages. There are risks to life and health.

And a "whitelist" of the borrower’s profession:

  • The Bank employees.
  • State Corporation and large company representatives. The positive attitude of the banks associated with their financial stability and high income.
  • Well-known personalities and show business representatives: these clients advertise banks.
  • International and foreign corporation staff.
  • Financial, leasing and investment company staff.
  • Education and health sector workers and other professions with the Federal budget state funding.
